HOT off the press: Fall into the season with electric BLUE

This fall, fashion is going away from muted neutrals and into electric blues. It's a great color for either fingers or toes. The color recommended by Crewcuts designer Jenny Cooper in the October 2011 issue of  Redbook magazine is OPI's "Blue My Mind".
